THOMAS HELLER,
62, of Ocala, Fla.,
passed away on
Nov. 8, 2011.
A former
Detroiter, he was
the cherished son

Heller, c. 1993
Heller and the late
Fannie Heller and
brother-in-law of the late Eugene
Curtis.
Mr. Heller is survived by his
beloved son, Matthew Heller of
Zephyr Hills, Fla.; sisters, Suzanne
Curtis of West Bloomfield and Nancy
Laural Heller of Oakland, Calif.; dear
former wife, Rose Vasilakis of Spring
Hill, Fla.
Interment was handled in Florida.
SAM M. HOFFMAN, 90, of
Southfield, died Oct. 31, 2011.
He is survived by his son and
daughter-in-law, Bruce and Shelly
Hoffman of Bloomfield Hills; daugh-
ters and sons-in-law, Shelley and
Daniel Davis of West Bloomfield,
and Valerie and Dr. Geoffrey Trivax
of West Bloomfield; grandchil-
dren, Jacob (Jessi) Hoffman, Josh
Hoffman, Jarett Hoffman, Dr. Bradley
(Tracy) Trivax, Dr. Cory Trivax
(fiancee Stephanie Becker) Dr. Justin
(Jodi) Trivax, Amanda (Brian)
Burnovski, Kyle Davis, Clay Davis;
great-grandchildren, Tessa, Sienna,
Landon, Lennox, Emerson, Lawson,
Charlotte; many loving nieces, neph-
ews, other family members, friends
and neighbors.
Mr. Hoffman was the beloved hus-
band of the late Charlotte Hoffman.

was held at the Nusach Hari
Cemetery in Ferndale. Arrangements
by Dorfman Chapel.
ISADORE KALISH, 94, of
Farmington Hills, died Nov. 10, 2011.
He is survived by his brother, Dr.
Simon J. Kalish of Prairie Village,
Kan.; sisters and brother-in-law, Ida
Chapin-Spindel of Boynton Beach,
Fla., Dorothy and Louis Willis of
North Hollywood, Calif.; nieces and
nephews.
Mr. Kalish was the dear brother-
in-law of the late Marjorie Kalish
and the late Charles Chapin.

Mrs. Kingston
is survived by her husband, Louis
Kingston; daughter and son-in-law,
Lisa and Lee Spencer of Pennsylvania;
Louis' daughter and son-in-law, Eileen
and Robert Milstein; grandchildren,
Zachary Edelstein and fiancee, Sarah
Childers, Erin Edelstein, Matthew
Tugender and Eric Tugender; sister-
in-law, Zlata "Charlotte" Rose; nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Paul Tugender; the devoted mother
of the late David Tugender; the loving
sister of the late Morris J. Rose.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

Haddasah and the Anti-Defamation
League. She was also a member of the
Town & Country Club.
Mrs. Leib was the cherished mother
of Fran (Bruce) Finsilver of West
Bloomfield and Lori (Dr. Marc) Lee
of Phoenix; adoring grandmother
of Lauren (Dr. Paul) Jackson, Leslie
(Dr. Scott) Hirsh, Michele (David)
Corgis, Erica (Alex) Marks, and the
late Stephanie Lee; dear great-grand-
children are Peyton Seskin, Jacob,
Samantha and Jillian Jackson, Remy
and Rowan Hirsh, Ella and Benjamin
Marks, and Bradley Corgis. She is also
survived by many loving nieces, neph-
ews and friends.
She was the beloved wife for 52
years of the late Meyer W. Leib.
