As a criminal law attorney, Mr. Neumark was on the Criminal Law Committee for Oakland County and mentored many new attorneys. He was a board member of Common Ground and a past president of Sanctuary. He was also a Michigan State Representative in Circuit Six for 12 years and was on the Independence Township Zoning Board of Appeals as wells as the Economic Development Commission. A supporter of Great Lakes Folk Festival, he was a past president of the Troy Kiwanis Club and was on two condominium boards. Mr. Neumark is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Linda Reiter- Neumark; brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and June Neumark of Atlanta, Ga.; nephew, Jay and Alison Neumark; great-niece, Ella Elizabeth Neumark; many other loving relatives and friends.
