Affairs Officer for the United Nations
Commission for Africa in Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia. His duties will
include economic development and
poverty reduction for the entire con-
tinent of Africa.

Dr. Eva Feldman, director of the
Program for Neurology Research &
Discovery and director of University
of Michigan's Taubman Medical
Research Institute, has received
another honor recognizing her con-
tribution to the world of medical
science. She became president of the
American Neurological Association
and will serve a two-year term.

Wayne State University Law
School has been placed by Michigan
Super Lawyers magazine first on its
list of law schools whose graduates
are among the most accomplished in
the state. According to the magazine,
35 percent of Michigan's top lawyers
are Wayne State graduates.

Karin Jill Katz, a West Bloomfield
mother of three, recently published
her first of many children's books,
One to Ten and Over Again. Her book
focuses on counting and accelerat-
ing the learning process for children
through imagery, rhyming and rep-
etition while strengthening visualiza-
tion through entertaining narration.

Schreiber of
Bloomfield Hills
has returned
to Henry Ford
Health System as
senior vice presi-
dent of Clinical
Schreiber
Transformation
and Clinical IT
Integration. She is board certified in
internal medicine.
