your health plan. As a member, you receive up to $40
monthly* toward the cost of a wide range of options:
• Health club or fitness center, where you can
choose the type of exercise you like best
(swimming, yoga, aerobics, tai chi, etc.)
• Qualified weight management programs such
as Weight Watchers® or Jenny Craig®
• Alternative health services such as acupuncture
and chiropractic (not otherwise covered
by Medicare)
