She is survived by

and Amy and Richard Sokolowski; 11
grandchildren; father, Nathan Adler;
sister-in-law, Kathy Sokolowski; nephew,
Scott Haber; many other loving relatives
and friends.
Mrs. Sokolowski was the beloved daugh-
ter of the late Geraldine Adler; the cher-
ished sister of the late Valarie Mauro.
Interment was held at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made to

HARRY A. VELICK, 85, of Oak Park, died

He is survived by his beloved wife, Joan
Velick of Oak Park; son and daughter-in-

Nancy and Daniel Smith of San Diego,
Sarah and Terry Allin of Ann Arbor,
Deborah and Nicolas Simon of New York;
grandchildren, Kenneth Smith, Sherman
Smith and Joseph Velick; many loving
nieces, nephews, other family members and
friends.
Mr. Velick was the loving husband of the
late Suzanne Velick.

META WORMSER, 99, of West

Bloomfield, died Oct. 20, 2011.
She is survived by her son and daugh-
