Lindsey Jordyn Freedman and
Rachael Hannah Freedman, daugh-
ters of Mary and Mark Freedman,
will lead the congregation at Temple
Israel in West Bloomfield Friday, Oct.
21, as they are called to the bimah to
celebrate their b'not mitzvah. Sharing
in the simchah will be proud grand-
parents Marcia and Stanley Freedman.
They are also the grandchildren of
the late Mary Alice and the late Jim
DeCourval.
Both Lindsey and Rachael are stu-
dents at O.E. Dunckel Middle School
in Farmington Hills. The girls shared
in many mitzvah projects but felt the
most meaningful was working in the
Temple Israel Garden of Mitzvot and
providing the harvested food to Yad
Ezra in Berkley.
