Are you terrified of brushing your hair?

reirewHAIR & SKIN CENTER is rescuing both women and men from hair
loss by using a highly touted, FDA-approved therapy called LLLT. It's capa-
ble of putting an end to the problem of thinning hair, thickening existing hair,
and promoting an increase of new growth. LLLT therapy has shown im-
pressive results in awakening hair follicles that have become dormant due
to genetics, hormonal and metabolic changes, chemotherapy, bariatric
surgery/weight-loss, harsh chemicals, hair applications (weaves, sew-ins,
extensions) and alopecia. The process uses low-level laser light therapy
(LLLT) to increase blood flow to the scalp, regenerating tissue — thus
resulting in better hair growth.

Their Story: Robin is the daughter of a doctor, Suzie is the daughter of a
pharmacist, and the two are best friends. Through thick and thin — in this
case, when Suzie began losing a healthy head of hair, leaving her with bald
areas and sparse growth all over her head — Robin did more than console
her friend. She stepped up her research to find a way to stop the hair loss.
"My hair was so thin, I wouldn't leave the house on a windy day for fear of
the consequences," Suzie admits she would have tried "anything that
showed promise of giving me back my hair" to stop the loss.

North Korea and Saddam Hussein's
Iraq, along with their cronies, as
being our enemy and threat. President
Obama has followed his course, put-
ting down bin Laden, decimating the
Taliban and securing Iraq, thus mak-
ing our military the world's policeman,
based on the fact that our military has
proved to be the only effective fighting
force in our world today.
Now, the president has called for our
ally Israel to give back developed land,
buildings and assets that they hacked
out of the desert sands after repuls-
ing several invasions by coalitions
of warring neighbors whose mission
was to totally destroy the fledgling
small nation. The U.S. does not have to
send land forces to aid Israel because
Israel's military is well trained and
battle experienced, with the largest
air force in the Middle East and most
capable of again routing the invaders.
The very uprisings by people sub-
jugated by the aforementioned Axis
indicate that this country's support
could push the trigger finger lead-
ing to their downfall. To back up our
actions, we must bolster our military
for the long fight. Our existing fight-
ing forces today are too battle weary
and too thin in numbers to hold their
gains and wins.
In this nuclear age, we cannot sit
by and wait for others to do the work
needed; and we face the threat that a
stupid violent act by the Axis or a ter-
rorist zealot could destroy all society.
To achieve that level of security, we
must establish a viable reserve pool
of manpower to ensure this country is
never placed in an untenable position.
We cannot delay. I call for a mandatory
call-up for all youths upon reaching 19
years of age, with college benefits for

all who have served honorably for a
minimum of 12 months.
I write with good credentials, hav-
ing abandoned a promising career
to become a $21-per-month private
and completed my military service of
over seven years, including three years
overseas. Our forefathers defended
this nation with their blood and lives,
knowing freedom itself is never free!
Now is the time for this generation and
those to follow to also pay their dues.

What's Jewish
About This Swami?
I read with the utmost of interest
Keri Guten Cohen's piece titled "My
Yiddishe Swami" (June 23), however, it
made me awfully sad. This good man
who now calls himself Radhanath
Swami is not a Jew anymore and can't
be referred to as a Yiddishe swami.
There is no doubt that his good and
well-intentioned parents were good
and supportive ones, but I wonder if
they provided him with a good, solid
Jewish education. If he calls his book
The Journey Home, I doubt it very
much. Judaism should be the home of
this wonderful Jewish person whom
our people clearly lost, and this makes
me very sad. I'll bet that his good par-
ents feel the same if their own Judaism
means much to them.
In years gone by, when a Jewish son
or daughter strayed from Judaism, the
parents used to sit shivah as if they
were dead. We no longer practice this
clearly old-fashioned custom, but after
reading "My Yiddishe Swami," I felt like
doing just that.
