Fresh Air Society & Tamarack Camps

Tamarack Camps' Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2011
at 12:00 p.m. at the Butzel Conference Center, Ortonville, MI. All contributors
to the most recently completed campaign of the Jewish Federation of
Metropolitan Detroit or the United Jewish Foundation shall be entitled to vote.
The following business will be conducted at the meeting:

The major changes to the Bylaws include the following:
(i) codification of the 3-year and 2-year terms for Board Directors;
(ii) provision for a first Vice-President during the second year of the President's term;
(iii) a complete restatement of the committee structure;
(iv.) participation at meetings through Internet and cell phone technology;
(v.) an increase in the maximum size of the Board to 45 members;
(vi.) a process for selection of the Executive Director.

The Board of Directors' meeting shall immediately follow the
