The clientele is tough, and that only makes the best stand out. Many travel- ers, many experienced in the restaurant profession, have made Luxe a sure-fire hit. Birmingham is demanding, but if the cor- rect dining offerings are given, the seats will be filled. Quality, service, taste and value are requirements. My friends find no qualms paying for something that tastes great and is special. "We found Luxe to be a vibrant, cozy and personal establishment. The husband and wife owners make sure their staff is trained to provide food that pleases their customers. The quarter-circle bar is usu- ally filled.
