ESTATE & JEWELRY BUYERS New Project Grants: • $15,460 to BBYO for B-Fit: Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds, an empowerment and exercise program for Jewish girls in grades 9-12 that builds toward individual plans of action to address concerns such as teen dating abuse, bullying and healthy lifestyle choices. • $5,000 to Aish Huntington Woods for "Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girl Thing" to send two addition- al group facilitators for training by "Moving Traditions" at their national training session. • $15,000 to Kadima for "Falling Through the Cracks," a program that will provide relevant information, material, training and professional access and referral resources to area Jewish clergy, schools and other organizations regarding the iden- tification of early signs of serious childhood and adolescent emo- tional and behavioral disorders. • $15,000 to Jewish Hospice and Chaplaincy Network for a "Jewish Women's Hospice Alliance" to create a professional alliance of Jewish women hospice work- ers and palliative care workers emplyed at hospices and hospitals care in southeast Michigan. • $5,000 to JSL for "The Victory Garden:' a gardening program that engages Jewish senior women living in JSL apartments in Oak Park in growing produce for them- selves, JSL kitchens and Yad Ezra.
