ment of their daughter Whitney Ann Wade
to Robert Andrew Weiner, son of Laurel and
Michael Scheidt of Portage and Pamela and
Joshua Weiner of Kalamazoo.
Whitney earned her undergraduate degree
in music education at Western Michigan
University and is working on her master's
degree at WMU. She is employed by Portage
Public Schools as a high school choir direc-
tor and music teacher.
Robert attended the University of
Michigan and is the deputy director at Farmers Alley Theatre in Kalamazoo. He
is also an assistant forensics coach at Portage Northern High School.
An August wedding is planned in Kalamazoo.
