I wrote a tribute to my attorney, the Honorable Justin "Chuck" Ravitz, who
and bared their
believed my story along with the many others who came for
souls of torment from being abused by the priests of the Catholic Church. He
represented all of us in a class action lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Detroit in
January, 2005 to no avail. The Catholic Church's lawyers and hierarchy blocked
the victims from ever having their stories told in open courts.
Justin "Chuck" Ravitz, encouraged me to write my story. He read it and
approved of the manner in which it was being told. He was going to write his
opinion of these cases for the inside of my book cover, but died before he could
complete it. People need to know the truth. My book in a very small way opens
the door to the truth. This is my true story of the abuse I suffered by a Catholic
priest during my youth. I have lived with these memories throughout my entire
life. This priest was finally defrocked by Pope John Paul II on
January 11, 2004, after 39 long years.

You may purchase the book Raped by a Catholic Priest:
My True Story on Arnazon.com kindle for only $9.99.

Ex-Detroiters' Investment
Boosts Benzinga Website
Lightbank, a fund created by former
Detroit entrepreneurs Eric Lefkovsky and
Brad Keywell, early investors in Chicago-
based Groupon, will invest $1.5 million
for a minority equity stake in Benzinga,
an online financial media outlet started a
year ago by Jason Raznick of Detroit.
Raznick intends to
stay in Metro Detroit.
The 33-year-old CEO
has plans to add more
employees to his base
of 20 and says he's
looking for 4,000-5,000
square feet of office
Jason Raznick space in the Southfield-
Farmington Hills area.
His website, Benzinga.com , is a
mix of financial news, commentary,
interviews and advice. It also features
streaming news and analyst ratings.
While other financial media focus on
large firms, Benzinga follows small- and
medium-sized companies. Revenue
comes from advertising on the site,
subscriptions for premium services and
from syndication of its exclusive content.
Lefkovsky and Keywell plan to make
money by investing in Benzinga.
"They have a very big vision for what
this can be,' Raznick said in a Detroit
Free Press article.
