Former pro players help kids learn
at Friendship Circle sports clinic.

n May 4, Friendship Circle
of West Bloomfield had two
former NBA players join its
sports night program to conduct a
basketball clinic.
Ira Newble and Earl Cureton, who
both live in Metro Detroit, taught the
kids some moves.
Meanwhile, Coach Ed Krass, who
arranged for the players to be there,
has begun Friendship Circle's inclu-

sion soccer league with 40 players.

sisterhood's annual Donor Day on May 5.
The event featured "A Garden Party" with a
presentation by an English Gardens floral
designer on floral and herb container gar-
dens.
