KROHNER, 89,
of Southfield and
Woodbridge, Conn.,
died May 4, 2011.
She and her
husband, Harry
Krohner, along with
Krohner
her parents, Nathan
and Yetta Grunt, owned and operated
Grunt's Market, a longtime establish-
ment for all things kosher in Detroit.
She was a lifelong supporter of Israel
and Jewish organizations.
Mrs. Krohner is survived by her
brother and sisters, Dr. Abraham
Grant, Lillian Glanz, Rose Ross, Libby
Newman; sons and daughters-in-law,
Martin Krohner and Linda Laderman
of Farmington Hills, Dr. Robert and
Karen Krohner of Pittsburgh, Pa.;
daughter and son-in-law, Linda and
Dr. Gary Friedlaender of Woodbridge,
Conn.; grandchildren, Dr. Eron
Friedlaender Portnoy and Dr. Ari
Friedlaender, Kevin Krohner and
Joanne (David) Krohner Bloom,
Matthew, Noah and Gavrielle Krohner;
great-grandchildren, Alexander, Emma
and Olivia Portnoy and Abby and
Jacob Bloom.
Mrs. Krohner was the wife of the
late Harry Krohner; sister of the late
Sarah Folkoff.

May 7, 2011.
He is survived by many loving cous-
ins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
Mr. Linder was the beloved husband
of the late Flordeliza Linder.

88, of Harrison

Prior to her retire-

nomics teacher in

Madison Heights.
Mrs. Orrin is survived by her sons

Linda Orrin of Harrison Township,
Sanford Orrin of Iron Mountain;
grandchildren, Taleya Kelly and Jason
and Renee Kelly; great-granddaughter
and best friend, Brooklyn Rose Kelly;

Adelle Band of West Bloomfield; sister,
Dorothy Bernstein of California.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Philip Orrin; the loving mother of the
late David Orrin.

Jacksonville, Fla., died May 7, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth

ter and son-in-law, Hannah and Alan
Feiler; brother, Phil Pollack; 10 grand-
children; three great-grandchildren.

law of the late Butch Pollack and the
late Sybil Pollack.

ROBERTS, 87, of
Birmingham, died
May 7, 2011.
She was an eighth-
grade math teacher
at Hampton School
in Detroit. She was
Roberts
also a past president
of the Temple Beth El Sisterhood and a
past treasurer. Mrs. Roberts was active
with the Brandeis University National
Women's Committee and for many
years was involved in the book sale.
She is survived by her husband
of 60 years, Dr. George Roberts; son
and daughter-in-law, David Edward
and Catherine Roberts of Texas;
daughter and son-in-law, Marjory
Roberts Gray and Dr. Bradford Gray of
Massachusetts; grandchildren, Ryan
Gray and Hunter and Jason Roberts;
brother, Selden Heilbronner; brother-
in-law and sisters-in-law, Dr. Fred and
Ann Roberts and Patty Roberts; nieces
and nephews.
Mrs. Roberts was the loving sister
of the late Madeline Lauer and the
late Stanley Heilbronner; dear sister-
in-law of the late Gloria Heilbronner,
the late Keith Lauer, the late Amelia
