Special Annou ement!

will honor all Jewish students who are graduating this spring
from Michigan high schools in our new Cap & Gown Yearbook 2011. The Yearbook will be
published in our May 19 issue. For free, we will include a photo and up to 35 words listing
the student's name, school and accomplishments. We also encourage families to honor their
students or out-of-state graduates with a congratulatory ad (see separate instructions on
page 23).

The Jewish News

• For the free listing, send the following information to the email address below: The
student's name, high school, high school activities, plus the name of the university the
student will attend next fall (or write: Undecided).

• Scan a recent photo of the student in JPG format and include with your submission. A
high school senior wallet is perfect — only the head and shoulders will be used.

• The following information is also required to be included, but will not be published:
The parent(s) names, address, day and evening phone numbers and/or cell, plus the
family email.

• The emailed announcement and photograph MUST be submitted BY APRIL 29.

Put the student's name + Cap & Gown in the subject line.

• If you do not receive a response by the end of the next business day, your submission
was not received.
