Ben Shani came with his camera to Branko Weiss
High School in a disadvantaged neighborhood in
Ramla to record a short television news item. He
ended up filming for an entire year.

An inspirational story, an authentic journey of
a team of teachers who do not give up on their
students, even when the students already have
given up on themselves. A portrait of education in
the purest form.

Two women from incredibly different backgrounds,
with seemingly nothing in common, meet as first-
year teachers in New York. Roche! is Jewish and
Orthodox; Nasira is Syrian and Muslim. But it is,
in fact, a religious tradition shared by each that
brings them together.

Both Rochel and Nasira are preparing for arranged
marriages. And the men they are meeting? Well...

Based on a true story, Arranged is a film about
finding friendship, love - and the absolute magic of
the unexpected.

Great family film! Based on a true story, The
Yankles tells the story of an ex-con who finds
redemption by coaching an upstart, disorganized
Orthodox Jewish baseball team. This feel-good
comedy about overcoming bigotry and self-doubt
mixes shtick with a sensitive portrait of observant
Judaism. Co-stars Bart Johnson (High School
Musical), Donny Most (Happy Days) and a cameo
by The Prince of Kosher Gospel, Joshua Nelson.

PLEASE NOTE: This film is appropriate for ages

13 and older.

When professor Marcia Langton of Melbourne
University learned of Hebrew University's
accelerated learning program for disadvantaged
students, she was convinced she had her answer.
This same program, she knew, could be used to help
the Aborigines, many of whom are unable to speak
or write English.

The first Israeli speech team came to Australia in
2005 and stayed for three years.

powerful Israeli neo-noir thriller. Galia has spent the

With her fractured memory, Galia must relive the
events surrounding the bombing so she can move
forward with her life. Discovering that a rescue

sudden appearance of unfamiliar clues and people,
may help Galia unlock the key to her past.

Tucked away in the busy, colorful Tel Aviv-Jaffa
metropolis is a tiny Arab neighborhood inhabited
by Christians and Muslims. Written and directed
by a Christian Israeli Arab and a Jewish Israeli,
Ajami presents five stories about the residents
here and their Jewish neighbors, all of whom
live with a very delicate peace. They are stories
of surprising friendships, forbidden love, family
ties and rejection, each of which allows viewers
a look at an unforgettable world. Ajami was the
first predominantly Arab-language film that Israel
submitted for an Academy Award.
