ARTHUR DAVID
SCHNEID, 80, died

March 21, 2011, after
a long battle with
Parkinson's and heart
disease.
He was a member
of B'nai B'rith Pisgah
Schneid
for many years. He was
the owner of Cammes
Beauty Supply Company in Southgate.
Following his bypass surgery, he turned
his interest into antiques and ran the Pole
Barn for dealers at Schmidt's Antiques in
Saline, Mich. When he retired, he played
golf; downriver golfers will remember
him because of his involvement at Willow
Metro Golf. His family was his life, and his
grandchildren were his greatest joy.
Mr. Schneid is survived by his beloved
wife, Judy Schneid; daughters and son-
in-law, Melinda Schneid, Elyssa (Howard)
Halpern; son, Jay Schneid; grandchildren,
Claudia, Samuel and Amanda; sister,
Barbara Vogelei; brother-in-law, Larry
(Mary Ann) Schrock; many loving nieces,

nephews, other family members and
friends.
Contributions may be made to the
National Parkinson's Foundation or
to the American Heart Association.
Arrangements by Dorfman Chapel.

BERTRAM "BERT" M. SCHULTZ, 93, of
Southfield, died March 27, 2011.
He was a furniture and lamp manufac-
turer's representative and a member of the
Furniture Club of Detroit.
Mr. Schultz is survived by his sons and
daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Jaylyn
Schultz of New York, Dr. Jamie and Melissa
Schultz of Huntington Woods; grand-
children, Gretchen Lerach, Elliot and
Kalli Schultz, Zachary Schultz and Laura
Schultz; brother-in-law, David Sidel.
He was the beloved husband of the late
Anne Schultz; the loving brother of the
late Ruth Jadd.
Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to a char-
ity of one's choice. Arrangements by Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

ROSE S. SURATH, of
San Francisco, Calif.,

died March 26, 2011.
She was the former

Morris Surath; cherished mother of the
late Alice Genser; loving grandmother of
the late Lee Genser.
