HYMAN "TINY"
WEINMAN, 88, of Oak
Park, died March 10,
2011.
A disabled Army vet-
eran of World War II, he
received a Bronze Star
Medal
and served in
Weinman
Ardennes.
Mr. Weinman became
a member and a past post commander
of the Jewish War Veterans. A member
of B'nai B'rith and its bowling league,
he was also a member of the Radomer
Society and participated as a volunteer at
Providence Hospital.
Mr. Weinman is survived by his wife of
65 years, Beverly Weinman; daughters and
sons-in-law, Karen and Ellis Fabian of
Toronto, Susan and Dr. Murray Rebner of
Ann Arbor; sister, Sunny Varner; brother
and sister-in-law, William and Carole

ROBERT WARREN STERN, 67, of West
Bloomfield, died March 8, 2011.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Arlene Stern of West Bloomfield; daughter
and son-in-law, Tracy and Brian Blitz of
Chicago; mother-in-law, Helen Waldstein
of Florida; brother-in-law, Steven and
Aviva Waldstein of Denver; grandchil-
dren, Logan and Asher Blitz; and uncle of

Elliot Waldstein.
