Saks Hosts ORT's
Generations Of Style
Generations of Style follows a series
of beauty events, fashion shows and
teas designed to welcome women
into the world of ORT. The next
installment will take place 6-9 p.m.
Thursday, March 10, at Saks Fifth
Avenue at the Somerset Collection,
Troy.
There will be a fashion show at
7 p.m. Nicole Kovacs and Michelle
Blau are Generations of Style co-
chairs. Event tickets are $75 per per-
son. Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and
dessert will be served.
Tickets include a $25 gift card to
be used any time and a 15 percent-
off coupon to be used through
Sunday, March 13.
A portion of the proceeds of sales
made through Sunday, March 13,
will be donated to ORT.
Raffle tickets are $25 each or three
for $50. Prizes include gifts from
Saks, local restaurants, spa items, the-
ater tickets for the musical Mamma
Mia and interior design services.
Event packages are available at the
$200 or $550 level, which include
event and raffle tickets and cover the
costs of various students' needs.

grams in 55 countries. More than 3

ORT programs.

Support Group Offered
For Loss Of Loved One
A bereavement support group will
meet Tuesdays, March 22, 29 and
April 5, 12, a four-week series,
from 7:30-9 p.m. with Barbara T.
Gordon as facilitator at Temple
Israel in West Bloomfield.
The series will focus on help-
ing those dealing with the loss of
a loved one, to remember and to
move on and provide support in a
healing environment.
The group is led by a trained
professional who offers confidenti-
ality, warmth and a place to come
and share.
