of their son Daniel Jason to Derin Samide
Kenny, daughter of Will and Linda Kenny of
Robbinsdale, Minn.
Daniel and Derin met as undergraduates
at Northwestern University, where Daniel
received a bachelor's degree in history and
broadcast journalism. Derin received both
a bachelor's and master's degree in music
performance from Northwestern.
Daniel works as an assistant sports edi-
tor at the Chicago Tribune, while Derin is a
professional harpist and runs a private harp studio.
The couple will be married in October in Evanston, Ill.

Ariella Sara Lis and Tzvi Moshe
Raviv.
Ariella is the daughter of Lisa and Hannan
Lis of Farmington Hills. Tzvi is the son of
Roni and Rina Raviv of Ashkelon, Israel.
Ariella and Tzvi met at Brandeis
University, where Ariella received her bach-
elor's and master's degrees in Near Eastern
and Judaic studies and Tzvi will receive his
master's degree in Jewish professional lead-
ership and his MBA in nonprofit manage-
ment. Tzvi also received his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of
Haifa.
Ariella is a business development associate at HBRLabs LLC, a collaborative
technology company.
