It can be painful to wake up and realize that the President you trusted
with your vote is nothing but an ILLUSION!
But awaken we must, before our country becomes unrecognizable.
The time has come to CHANGE the way Washington does business.
• STOP: Out-of-control spending! Pay down our massive
14 trillion dollar debt and roll back federal spending to
pre-crisis levels.

• STOP: Washington takeover of health care and
repeal Obamacare. Curb health care inflation through
competition. Permit consumer purchase of private
catastrophic health insurance policies and tax-exempt
health care savings plans across state lines.
• STOP: Job-killing taxes on households and business.
Retain ALL of 2001 and 2003 tax cuts to encourage
investment, savings, and creation of jobs.
• STOP: Illegal immigration. Enforce our laws to secure
our borders.
• STOP: Big government! Insist on cost-effective
regulations that are first applied to elected officials and
government employees before hitting the rest of us.
Government must be open and accountable to the people.
• STOP: Legislative earmarks. Return money to the
taxpayers instead of pork barrel spending.

Luncheon of the Friends of the Israeli
Defense Forces on Sept. 14 at Tam-
0-Shanter Country Club in West
Bloomfield.
All proceeds from the event ben-
efit the IMPACT! Program. In 2009,
the Michigan chapter granted 142
scholarships to former IDF combat
soldiers in-need who seek higher
education. Since 2007, proceeds from
the luncheon helped in sponsoring 11
full four-year scholarships.
