The ISCD helps with their mental and physical rehabilitation. Volunteer At SandCastles SandCastles, part of Henry Ford Hospice, is seeking volunteers for its grief support program for children. Opportunities include facilitating sup- port groups of children or teens as well as program and office assistance. SandCastles provides a supportive environment for children ages 3 to 18 and their families who have experi- enced the death of a loved one. Services are provided free of charge. A new West Bloomfield site will open in December. Other sites also are located in Detroit, Clinton Township, Downriver, Livonia, Rochester, St. Clair Shores and Southfield.
