This job is located in Birmingham, Mich. Dependable,
enthusiastic, energetic early childhood development
teacher/teacher assistant needed for home-based
childcare. Education and experience preferred.

Case Planner Family Services (2739)

Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice,
sociology, psychology or guidance and counseling and
at least two years experience in areas listed below:
Experience working with and knowledge of adolescents
who are homeless, runaway, involved in gang activity,
violent behavior, drug use or selling, domestic violence,
school truancy, sexual activity and other high-risk
behaviors or who have been victims of sexual assault.

Curriculum Coordinator (2738)

Screen incoming telephone calls. Maintain files. Review
and prioritize internal/extemal mail. Coordinating
meetings and appointments. Transcribe meeting minutes.
Format and edit content of documents. Arrange
presentation materials using broad-based software

Administrative Assistant [part-time]

General office duties: answer phones, printing and
copying documents, filing, correspondence and other
typing. Prepare materials and make arrangements for
board of directors' and other meetings. Handle large
mailings and liaise with mailroom and post office. List
management. Oversee supplies and stationery inventory.

Bachelor's degree and related work experience. Two
years experience working with adolescents and young
women. Experience in employment and/or education
counseling, placement and/or resource information
referrals. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain
contacts with area businesses to provide internship/
employment opportunities for program clients.

Receptionist (1195)

The employer has a part-time front desk receptionist
position available. This West Bloomfield position has
high visibility and the candidate must be able to
multi-task while maintaining the best in customer
service with residents, visitors, employees and vendors
simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME is preferred).
Minimum five years' Exterior Body and Exterior
Composites experience with an automotive OEM or
Tier 1 supplier. Experience with design & development
in interior systems from start to finish. Experience with
development and maintenance of DVP&Rs/FMEAs.

Initiate, orient, train and license foster parent training
events. Develop aggressive recruiting plan for foster
care and SIL. Develop and train foster parents in an area

licensing and preparation of families to receive place-
ments. Complete initial evaluation and re-evalua
tions in a timely manner. Complete SIL home
assessments.

Excellent organizational, written and time management
skills. Good knowledge of software applications such
as MS Office. Ability to communicate effectively in a
professional manner; complete multiple projects within
deadlines and to work independently. Enjoys interacting
with middle school and high school students as well as
school staff and volunteers.

Administrative Coordinator (2736)

Residential Supervisor (2725)

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years
experience in an administrative assistant position using
computers in a Windows environment. Must have a valid
Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.

Perform all functions related to residential program
management as assigned. Provide effective supervision
and leadership to residential treatment workers and cook
— including disciplinary action. Schedules all residential
treatment workers for work assignments. Provide training
and technical assistance as assigned. Participate in the
development and implementation of activities for clients
in the program.

Residential Treatment Worker (2724)

Complete shift report with co-workers. Read
communication log & sign in. Complete school
attendance sheet daily, check calendar for appointments
& transports. Supervise residents study time & assist
with homework. Demonstrate appropriate modeling
behavior/communication & maintain a professional
relationship with all residents.

Mentor Michigan AmeriCorps
Member (2743)

Find creative means to recruit and refer mentors.
Conduct research to enhance the commitment of
volunteers. Create materials and handbooks for
trainings. Recruit, schedule and track all mentor
matches. Research potential funding sources and assist
in writing grant proposals. Develop new ideas and
methods for program expansion. Perform office tasks to
support efforts (typing, copying, filing, organizing).

AmeriCorps Member (2740)

Act as a liaison between financial institutions and loan
services for all clients as needed. Serve alongside
OLHSA housing counseling staff in providing group
education workshops in the area of foreclosure,
home-buyer education and financial education. Guide
clients through the development of action plans, budgets,
etc. to assure they attain their housing related goals.
Provide referrals that address any expressed needs of
the individuals in counseling.

Family Services/Family Involvement
Coordinator (2238)

Assures the delivery of comprehensive services to
eligible children and their families in Child & Family
Services Division programs. Assists the assistant director
for family services to assure full enrollment and
compliance with Head Start performance standards.

Administrative Support (2734)

Looking for a person who has accounting/bookkeeping
experience. The company prefers someone with an
associate's or bachelor's degree. The person must have
quick book experience.

Financial Analyst (2751)

Interact with accounting, finance and engineering project
managers. Assist with budgeting and forecasting on a
weekly, monthly and annual basis. Provide system
support for the engineering structure in hyperion. Be
the administrator for timetracking database. Conducting
spreadsheet analysis of various reports. Additional duties
and responsibilities as assigned.

Underwriter (2742)

Input of data and analysis of findings in Loan Prospector,
Desktop Underwriter, Assetwise and other US engines
and OES. Review of credit reports to determine credit
patterns, current liabilites, outstanding judgments and
collections. Review of residential mortgage appraisal
forms 1004, 2055, 2065, 2075, 1025, 1073, 2000 and
AVMs. Calculation of loan to value ratios.

Bookkeeper (2720)

Preparing weekly invoices, posting payments, collections
and follow up, keeping A/R within 30 days. Entering
accounts payables, tracking due dates, reconciliation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME is preferred)
Minimum five years' Interior Trim and/or I/P experience
with an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier. Experience
with design & development in interior systems from start
to finish. Experience with development and maintenance
of DVP&Rs FMEAs. Hands-on troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills. Must be an effective engineer
while acting within a cross-functional team. Must be able
to act as liaison with design studio, program team, and
other departments for all design responsible parts.

Body Engineer-Structures/Closures
(2470)

Experience with design & development of closures and
mechanisms from start to finish, specifically: hood,
decklid, cargo doors, front -and rear doors and sliding
door mechanisms including hinges, latches and sealing
systems. Must be able to direct and manage CAE/FEA
activities. Hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving
skills. Must be an effective engineer while acting within a
cross-functional team.

Senior CAD Designer Catia V5 (2729)

Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Minimum 20 years
of CAD experience in automotive design. Minimum five
years' CATIA V5 experience. Highly proficient using Team
Center and VisMockup. Engine design experience to
include all of the following: cylinder blocks, camshafts,
cam drive, cam covers and engine mounts. Working
knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing
(GD&T).

Senior CAD Designer-Catia V5 &
Unigraphics (2731)

Minimum 15 years of recent CAD experience in
automotive design. Minimum 5 years' CATIA V5
experience. Minimum 5 years' Unigraphics experience.

Senior CAD Designer Solidworks (2730)



Must have completed some college courses. Minimum
10 years CAD experience; amusement theme park

Senior CAD Designer Unigraphics (2732)



Minimum 20 years CAD experience in automotive design.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer (2735)

Assist in the identification of proposal opportunities.
Advise on DoD contracts and Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR). Develop price/technical proposals.
Assist program teams in the design of specific fabricated
structures. Lead the design and development of weld
fixtures and weld maps. Work with Roush manufacturing
and assembly groups to ensure customer procedural
and process requirements are met. Assists with
developing sequence of assembly/component build plans
and scheduling.

Tooling Engineer/Tooling Program
Leader (1962)

Journeyman mold maker, mold designer or equivalent
with a minimum 15 years of experience in the
injection mold-making industry. Possess thorough
understanding of every aspect of the mold
manufacturing process including: reading and
interpreting customer mold standards and expectations,
facilitating and leading mold design process, including
design reviews. Previous experience planning, directing
and following manufacturing activities such as
machining operations, assembly operations and mold
functional validation events. Capable of leading
engineering feasibility events to ensure that all critical
product design issues are identified and resolved for
optimizing mold design, manufacturability and process
capability.
