Kyra is a student at Berkshire
Middle School in Beverly Hills. She has
enjoyed participating in many com-
munity activities in honor of becom-
ing a bat mitzvah and looks forward to
her continuing participation in com-
munity events.

Fox, will read from
the Torah as she
celebrates her bat
mitzvah Saturday,
Fox
Sept. 11, at Temple
Shir Shalom in
West Bloomfield.
Sharing in the joy will be her siblings
Sammi and Jeffrey Fox. Her proud
grandmothers are Gloria Mirkin
of Philadelphia and June Fox of
Bloomfield Hills. She is also the grand-
daughter of the late Harry Mirkin and
the late G. Robert Fox.
Courtney is a student at the Roeper
School in Birmingham. She felt that
her most meaningful mitzvah project
was volunteering at the Friendship
Circle in West Bloomfield, helping
children with special needs, which she
continues to do beyond her mitzvah
project.

Nicole Danielle
Dean, daughter of

her bat mitzvah
at Congregation
Dean
Shaarey Zedek
Southfield Saturday,
Sept. 11. She is the granddaughter of
Barbara Pearl and Rosalie Dean. She
is also the grandchild of the loving
late Conrad Pearl and the loving late
Harold Dean.
Nicole is a student at Orchard Lake
Middle School in West Bloomfield.
Among her various mitzvah projects,
she felt the most meaningful one was
volunteering at the Michael Yendick
golf outing, which sends children with
Crohn's and colitis to summer camp.
