Program Director (2621)

Preferred master's level degree: MSW, MA, LMSW or
equivalent from an accredited graduate school. Certified
Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist preferred and/
or eligible for certification. Development plan status at
MCBAP at time of hire. 4-8 years of experience in the
field social work. 3-4 years of experience facilitating
groups. Experience with working with youth, young adult
and parenting populations.

Overnight Residential Assistant (2616)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with domestic
violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Ability to work a
flexible schedule is required including evenings, weekends
and holidays. Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan

Language preferred. Successful completion of reha-
bilitation technician training within probationary period.

Support children's emotional and social development,
encouraging understanding of others and positive self-
concepts. Observe and monitor children's activities.
Organize and participate in recreational activities. Prepare/
implement lesson plans. Must enjoy working with children,
demonstrating patience and a sincere caring and enjoy-

Bachelor's degree in social work, addictions studies or

accreditation. Minimum of one year's sobriety (f recover-
ing). Possess CAC credentialing. Training and experience

to work in a manner that will not needlessly endanger the
safety of one's self, other persons and equipment.

Psychologist/Therapist (2655)

Conduct psychological evaluations and assessment of
therapeutic issues for individuals with severe and persis-
tent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Requires
ability to effectively gather data on behavioral issues,
conduct analysis and develop appropriate and effective
therapeutic interventions.

Executive Director/Chief Administrator

A Chief Administrator, at the time of appointment, shall
possess one of the following: A master's degree in social

tion and two years experience in a child caring institution
or child placing agency. A bachelor's degree with a major
in social work, sociology, psychology, guidance and coun-
seling, education, business administration, post-bachelor's

Social Service Supervisor (2610)

The social service supervisor, at the time of appointment
to the position, shall possess one of the following:
A master's degree in social work and one year experi-
ence as a social service worker. A master's degree in
sociology, psychology or guidance and counseling and
two years of experience as a social service worker. A
bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, social work
or guidance and counseling and four years of experience
as a social service worker in a child care organization.
Two years of the four years of experience shall be in a
child placing agency.

Director of Board Relations (2697)

Act as the primary liaison for the station with each board
trustee to coordinate communications for such matters as
interests in content categories, donor referrals, introduc-
tions to business and community leaders, fundraising,
and trustees' special requests for programs, premiums,
tickets, meet-and-greets, etc.
Develop relationships with current trustees so as to
become the resident expert on their interests and con-
nections.

Director of Major and Planned Giving

Develops strategies and approaches to grow the num-
ber of major donors and the dollars raised from major

Examine financial performance data and draw conclu-

Financial Analyst (2699)

Skills/Knowledge: Must understand the basics of profit
and loss statements, balance sheets, business cases to
describe forward looking business opportunities, financial
modeling to describe current business conditions and
other financial analysis methods. Must be extremely
proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, with reasonable
proficiency with Power Point, Outlook, Word and Visio.

ADMINISTRATION

Administrative Assistant (2685)

The behind-the-scenes-job of the administrative assistant
requires a well-organized individual with administra-
tive office or comparable experience. The successful
candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
and can demonstrate the ability to establish and manage
databases. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.

Cost Estimator Mold Tooling (2689)

Journeyman Mold Maker, Mold Designer or equivalent
with a minimum 5 years of experience in the injec-
tion mold tooling design; previous experience as a Tool
Engineer or Cost Estimator preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in developing cost esti-
mates (quoting) for Injection Mold tooling. This must
include processing new tool RFQs, quoting engineering
changes and assessing product designs for tooling feasi-
bility. Must show demonstrated success in developing and
utilizing cost estimating models for calculating pricing for
mold tooling.

ENGINEERING

Alternate Fuel Field Service Engineer
(2694)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the automotive field.
Associate's or other technology degree in related field is
preferred. Willing to travel up to 50-75 percent (generally
limited to weekdays), throughout the U.S. Previous experi-
ence troubleshooting engine controls and diagnostics sys-
tems. Experience with propane and/or CNG is preferred.

CAE Analyst-CAE & Vehicle Engineering
(2481)

MS or PhD degree with thesis work involving FE
methods for problem solution. Experience with CAD
tools. Experience with FEA Tools: NASTRAN, Abaqus,
Hypermesh, ADAMS, Fluent or StarCD. Proficiency with
computer programming.

Chassis Engineer (2479)

BSME or engineering/technical bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in chassis engineering
technology & product development, in various aspects to
include any of the following: frame / structures, suspen-
sion, steering, brakes, driveline, and vehicle dynamics.
Keen ability to stay abreast of new technologies and appli-
cability to real world implementation.

Electrical Systems Engineer (2690)

Develop the wiring architecture, wire harness routing,
power distribution, electrical system needs and require-
ments. Integrate wire harnesses, connectors, sensors,
switches, and electrical components into overall vehicle
architecture. Conduct functional and validation tests for
electrical system. Identify and mitigate major electrical
system failure modes and effects.

Entry-level NVH Engineer-Temporary

Minimum BS degree in engineering. Ability to quickly learn
how to use instrumentation and test equipment. Must be
detail oriented, organized and careful in work habits. Must
be a team player and willing to learn. Must have excellent
interpersonal skills. Must have good verbal/written com-
munication skills in the English language. Familiarity with

Entry-Level Powertrain Calibration
Engineer (2297)

Carry out dyno and vehicle-based calibration testing.
Analyze the results to calibrate the powertrain control sys-
tem and support the validation and release of the calibra-
tions into production. Perform hot/cold climate and high-
altitude development testing to meet customer objectives
(e.g. driveability, performance, emissions, etc.).

ORVT Engineer (2695)

Minimum BS degree in mechanical or automotive engi-
neering (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of relevant
automotive experience (can include co-op or internship)
-or-4+ years of automotive experience including program
management, in addition to some college education.
Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of auto-
mobiles and/or quality.

Powertrain Calibration Engineer (2188)

BSME or related 4 year engineering degree. Two or more
years of diesel or gasoline powertrain calibration experi-
ence. Base engine, transmission, or OBD calibration
experience. An energetic and enthusiastic attitude toward
vehicle testing and development. Willing to travel within
the U.S. for development testing at temperature and alti-
tude extremes.

Product Design Engineer Entry Level (2691)
