Leads and oversees the planning and operations for
Camp Maas, a 1,250 acre Jewish community camp
in Ortonville, Michigan, that serves 1,200 campers
and employs 25 year-round staff and 300 staff each
summer. Facilities include Camp Maas, plus Camp
Kennedy and Agree Outpost, two outpost camps,
teen travel experiences, a series of family
camps, a year-round
Butzel Conference Center, an Outdoor Education
program and facility rentals.
Desired qualifications include a depth of experience in
a combination of all or most of the following: camp
leadership, fundraising, business, social work, and/or
similar non profit organizational experience,
including serving in a managerial or supervisory
capacity. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
required. Experience in board management and
fundraising is desired.
