Farmington Hills knows
firsthand the benefits of an
early cancer diagnosis.
For a year, Wilhelm dealt with
symptoms many older men experi-

multidisciplinary team of doctors at
the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer
Center in Farmington Hills. He opted

Cancer Treatment: What's Right for
You?" from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept.
23, at the Farmington Hills center,
31995 Northwestern Highway. The
free event lets people know about
the latest treatment options and
gives them the opportunity to ask
Karmanos doctors about the disease
that affects one in six men at some
point in their lives, according to the
American Cancer Society.
Registration is required. Call
1 (800) KARMANOS or e-mail

to register. Light refreshments will be
served.
Featured speakers are Michael
