Local kids share thoughts
on returning to class.

ummer is waning and it's almost time for the kids to head back to
school. Camp laundry has long since been washed. Families are enjoying
the last days at the swimming pool. And the school supply sales are lur-
ing us to the stores. Parents may feel bittersweet about the return to school, yet
undoubtedly there's a sense of relief with the return to routine.
Here's what some local youngsters say they like most about going back to school:

"I want to see what's new."
