p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, while they
enjoy a free dinner at Jerusalem
Pizza in the Jewish Community
Center in West Bloomfield.
Sponsored by the Jewish
Community Relations Council of
Metropolitan Detroit, the semi-
nar will give students the tools
they need to effectively deal with
unfair criticism of Israel that
they encounter on campus and
in the workplace, and to develop
reasoned responses to unfounded
myths and falsehoods.
Based in Jerusalem, Lazarus is
emerging as one of Israel's leading
keynote speakers. He has helped
train a new generation of Israeli
diplomats, as well as Israel's Army
and Air Force spokespeople.
The program and dinner
are free and open to area col-
lege students and young adults.
Reservations are requested.
