The feel-good festival is the brainchild of Dr. Stacey Francis, a chiropractic kinesiologist and Dr. Stacey owner of Higher Francis Level HealthCare in Southfield. The daylong event will feature more than 20 life-enhancing presentations and workshops as well as myriad ven- dors so attendees should bring some spending money if they are inter- ested in making purchases.
