green, holistic health,
fun fitness programs and
inner happiness take center stage
at the second annual Enrichment
& Wellness Festival, a free com-
munity event being held Sunday,
July 25, at Adat Shalom Synagogue,
29901 Middlebelt,
Farmington Hills.
The feel-good
festival is the
brainchild of Dr.
Stacey Francis,
a chiropractic
kinesiologist and
Dr. Stacey
owner of Higher
Francis
Level HealthCare
in Southfield. The
daylong event will feature more than
20 life-enhancing presentations and
workshops as well as myriad ven-
dors so attendees should bring some
spending money if they are inter-
ested in making purchases. Nearly
30 exhibitors will showcase ways
people can move their personal and
professional lives in a more positive,
prosperous direction during tumul-
tuous times.
The free festival kicks off at noon
and wraps up at 6 p.m.
"Our goal is to uplift, inspire and
empower our community:' says

preregistration for presentations and
workshops is recommended.
Pam Feinberg-Rivkin, RN, CCM,
CRRN, ABDA, is president/owner of
Feinberg Consulting, Farmington
Hills. She will present on how to
manage stress and prevent a health
crisis.
"My presentation aims to iden-
tify healthy and unhealthy stress,
what the physical and emotional
responses are from such a strain,
and long-term concerns associated
with chronic mental pressure says
Feinberg-Rivkin, of West Bloomfield.
"Along with Sarah Fink, I will
explain specific strategies to reduce
stress and prevent a health crisis."
Guests interested in new exercise
techniques that benefit the body,
mind and spirit can learn about
yoga, TranscenDance, Qi gong and
Thai Vinyasa as well as East Coast
swing moves that help remove toxins
from the body.
