After determination of financial eli- gibility by a Chessed care coordinator, individuals are referred to appropriate health care providers for a comprehen- sive range of services. At the April 29 program, Lynn Torossian, president of DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital, provided an overview of the program and Rachel Yoskowitz, Project Chessed director, described volunteer opportunities.
