engagement of their daughter Sheri Jaclyn
to Adam Gabriel Horwitz, son of Gina and
Arthur Horwitz of West Bloomfield.
Sheri received her bachelor's degree in
secondary education from the University
of Michigan. Adam received his bachelor's
degree in psychology from the University
of Michigan. He is a research associate at
the University of Michigan Health System's
Rachel Upjohn Depression Center.
An August wedding is planned for Congregation Shaarey Zedek Southfield.

velyn and Harvey Goldsmith
of West Bloomfield celebrated
their 60th wedding anniversary
on March 26. Their children, Carole and
Howard Goldsmith of Bloomfield Hills,
Susan and Roy Kulick of Cincinnati and
Elise and David Schostak of Birmingham, all
gathered in Boca Raton to celebrate the big
event. Their children, along with their seven
grandchildren, all wish them much happi-
ness and continuing good health.

ennifer Fredrickson and Zachary
Chutz were married recently at the Inn
at 97 Winder in Detroit. Rabbi Josh
Bennett of Temple Israel in West Bloomfield
officiated.
Jenna is the daughter of Kathy and Peter
Fredrickson of Troy. Zack is the son of
Debbie and Jeff Chutz of Bloomfield Hills.
Jenna and Zack were very happy to have
their chuppah held by their attendants:
maid of honor and sister of the bride, Amy
Fredrickson; best man and brother of the
groom, Ben Chutz; best lady and sister of the
groom, Evie Chutz; and Ben's girlfriend and
good friend of the bride and groom, Marisa Kalmus.
Jenna is a student in the Wayne State University nursing program. Zack is
a recent graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn and is employed at
Temple Israel as youth program director.
After their honeymoon in St. Thomas, the couple are living in Berkley.
