Mrs. Neelu Bali has a Bachelor of Elementary
Education from the University of British
Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and a Bachelor's
degree in Communication Studies from the
University of Windsor, Canada. Prior to teaching
Kindergarten at Franklin Academy, she taught
Pre-Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten at
Echo Park for seven years.
