O

n April 14, Rose Morgan turned
96 years young, proving that age
is in the mind of the beholder.
Ms. Morgan, a child prodigy pianist, con-
tinues to be an inspiration.
Just a year ago, she received JVS'
Mitzvah Hero award for her volunteer
work at the JVS Dorothy and Peter Brown
Jewish Community Adult Day Care
Program (Brown Center) in Southfield.
She also is a past recipient of the Ability Is
Ageless award and the current director of
the Rose Morgan Choral Group.
The current pianist at Shalom Aleichem
during the High Holidays, she is known for her spirit and dedication to
helping others through music.
Her children, Gail Mash, David and Erica Mash, Diane Mash and Linda
and John Lazar, as well as grandchildren Jack and Marla Linderman, Jason
and Christine Pikstein, Jennifer and Marc Feinberg, Reesa and Sasha Mash,
joined by great-grandchildren Naomi and Joshua Linderman and Jonathon,
Brandon and Melissa Feinberg all join together to say mazel tov.

were married recently in San Diego,
Calif.
Jeremy is the son of Debbi and Gordon
Krass of San Diego and the grandson
of Jerry Agranove of Southfield and the
late Marilyn Agranove, Harriett Krass of
Sarasota, Fla., and the late Ted Krass.
Cristina is the daughter of Madeline and
Art Serrano of Fountain Valley, Calif.
Jeremy and Cristina are at home in San
Diego after their honeymoon in Thailand,
Vietnam and Laos.
