He is the grandson of Richard Knoll
and Maureen Fill, Judge Steven and
Elisabeth Andrews, and the late Craina
Knoll.
Josh is a student at Berkshire
Middle School in Beverly Hills. His
mitzvah projects included working at
Yad Ezra in Berkley.

Daphne Jade Logan

will be called to
the Torah as a bat
mitzvah at Adat
Shalom Synagogue
in Farmington Hills
on Saturday, May 1.

Sharing in the sim-
chah will be proud
parents Debbie and Stuart Logan, and
sister Chloe. Daphne is the grand-
daughter of Marilyn Logan and the
late Jerome Logan and of the late
Lydia and the late David Szobel.
Daphne is in seventh grade at
Bloomfield Hills Middle School.
Among her mitzvah projects, she
found meaning in delivering mish-
loach manot to JARC residents.

parents are Davida
and Rob Pesick. She
is the sister of Rachel and the grand-
child of Beverly and Richard Berntein
and Elaine Pesick and the late Paul
Pesick. Her proud great-grandmoth-
ers are Dolly Simon and Nettie Pesick.
Samantha is a student at Clifford
Smart Middle School in Walled Lake.
She worked with many organizations
to complete her mitzvah project and
felt her most meaningful was raising
funds and working at the fundraiser
for New Leash on Life.

is the daughter of
Sabin
Bradley and Laurie
Sabin and sister of
Leo, Mara and Barry. Proud grand-
parents are Richard and Sharon
Brown and Nison and Doreen Sabin.
Rachel attends Bloomfield Hills
Middle School. For her mitzvah proj-
ect, she organized and performed
in a musical concert at Fleischman
Residence in West Bloomfield.

as a bat mitzvah on
Saturday, May 1, at
Congregation Beth
Shalom in Oak Park.
Zemmol
She is the daughter
of Shari and Neil
Zemmol and the sister of Rachel.
Her proud grandparents are Iris and
Harold Mickel and Lois Zemmol. Julia
is also the granddaughter of the late
Walter Zemmol.
Julia is a student at Norup
International School in Oak Park. Her
most meaningful mitzvah project
was raising money to purchase art
supplies for children at the South
Oakland Shelter in Royal Oak.
