ers that Hertz expects to grow his
business. In addition to keenly
identifying customer needs, Hertz
personally makes all the deliver-

delivered, assembled and fitted
properly. "I don't put sheets on the
bed at home, but I'll do that for my
customer:' he remarked.
His advice to anyone looking to
make a career change is to find
something you enjoying doing.
He predicts that businesses that

wants. And while his retail store is
a huge departure from the mort-
gage business and his earnings
aren't what they once were, Hertz
couldn't be more satisfied - or
relaxed with his decision.
"I get to work in an environ-
ment that encourages relaxation
and help customers who truly
appreciate what we're offering
them:' said Hertz. "And the real
bonus is I'm able to spend time
with my family, which you cannot
