in West Bloomfield is one sure sign that
Passover is coming.

Several weekends before the holiday families as
well as children from local synagogues gather to
learn the exacting science of making matzah that's
kosher for Passover. This hands-on experience goes
from measuring out the flour and water, mixing it
well, rolling it out and getting it into the big oven
