JACK RUBENSTEIN, 58, formerly of
Detroit, died Jan. 29, 2010, in his home-
town of Phoenix, Ariz.
He is survived by his children, Michael,
20, of Phoenix; daughter, Sara, 18, of
San Jose, Calif., father, Marvin, 91, of
Scottsdale, Ariz.; younger brother, Gary,
and Gary's wife, Jaime Booke-Rubenstein
of Austin, Texas, and Vancouver, Wash.
Marvin, Jaime and Gary were all for-
mer Detroiters. Services were held in
Scottsdale. Contributions may be made to
the American Cancer Society.

Silverman

ROBERT SILVERMAN,
74, of Novi, died Feb. 8,
2010.
He was a corporate
accountant for Federal's
Department Store and
Nelson Chemical.
Mr. Silverman is sur-
vived by his wife of 49
years, Marcia Silverman;

daughter and son-in-law, Elisa Whitman
and Chris Pro of Illinois; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Kenneth and Patricia Silverman
of Ann Arbor; grandchildren, Daniel
Whitman, Michael Whitman, Nathan
Silverman, Emma Silverman, Alexandra
Pro and Anthony Pro; brother-in-law
and sister-in-law, Samuel I. and Susan
Bernstein, Marilyn and Paul Silverstein;
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was the dear brother of the late A.
Richard Silverman.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park.
