City are delighted to announce the engage-
ment of their children, Rivka Tova Garver
and David Nathan Weintrop.
Rivka and Dave met at the University of
Michigan, where they earned their under-
graduate degrees: Rivka, a BA in psychology
and Dave, a BS in computer science.
The couple live and work in Chicago: Rivka
as a media associate with Starcom and Dave as
a software developer for Backstop Solutions.
The couple will be married in June at Beth
Israel Congregation in Ann Arbor.

Wachler-Miller

on Wachler and Kevin Miller were
recently married at Knollwood
Country Club in West Bloomfield.
Rabbi Joshua Bennett and Cantorial Soloist
Neil Michaels officiated.
Lori is the daughter of Mindy and Buzz
Wachler of West Bloomfield. Kevin is the son of
Arlene Miller of Novi and the late Victor Miller.
The maid of honor was Heather
MacFarland. The bridesmaids were Karen
Cook, Kinuka Kobayashi, Shelley Milby, Nira
Paliwoda and Melissa Wachler. The flower
girl was Emily Cook.
The best man was Brian Miller.
Groomsmen were Jon Cook, Dan DiPaola, Steve Taylor and Brad Wachler. The
ringbearer was Parker Wachler.
Lori and Kevin were honored to have Lori's grandparents Layne and Robert
Colman and Helen and Norman Wachler participate in the ceremony.
After a Caribbean and Florida honeymoon, the couple reside in Royal Oak.

Zachary Boorstein announce with
great joy the engagement of their
children. Leslie is the daughter of Doris and
Steven Dolchin of Hollywood, Fla., and the
granddaughter of Ruth Silver. Zachary is the
son of Ellen and Robert Boorstein of West
Bloomfield and the grandson of Cecelia
Feldman.
The couple graduated from Indiana
University in Bloomington. Leslie received
an advanced degree from Florida College of
Natural Health in Pompano Beach. Zachary
received an MBA in entrepreneurship from
Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Fla.
The couple reside in Washington, D.C. A June wedding is planned.
