F
or Michigan State
University senior Aaron
Levine, who graduates
this spring, facing an uncertain job
market is not cause for apprehen-
sion, rather an opportunity to think
creatively and find the job that best
fits his skills and interests.
With a degree in environmental
economics and policy, Levine plans
to eventually combine his passion
for Jewish heritage with his love for
the outdoors by developing mean-
ingful youth-related programs and
activities.
"I'm up for the challenge of find-
ing a job and would like to work for
an organization like the Michigan
Department of Natural Resources
and Environment, bringing what
I've learned back to the Jewish
community' said Levine of West
Bloomfield. "It's a tough road, but
I'm willing to take it"
In a market where employer
certainty of hiring college gradu-
ates decreased by 20 percent in
2009, many college seniors and
recent graduates still are finding
ways to achieve success and remain
productive, making the best out of
a college job market that began to
plummet last year.
