CURBSIDE WASTE HAULER CONTRACT
HOUSEHOLD GOODS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that as provided in Section 13-52 of the Township
Ordinance Code, the Charter Township of West Bloomfield has exercised its
authority to require that all solid waste and recyclable materials from residential
properties in the Township with curbside collection be delivered to an exclusive
hauler. Effective December 22, 2009, the Charter Township of West Bloomfield
contracted with Richfield Equities, LLC, to serve as the exclusive hauler
commencing Monday, April 5, 2010. Except for certain pre-existing contracts
with other haulers, as of that date, all curbside collection residential properties
are obligated to utilize and pay for collection of all solid waste and recyclable
materials by Richfield Equities, LLC, according to the terms and conditions of
the Contract between the Township and Richfield Equities, LLC, which is on file
with the Township Development Services Department.
