He was a treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. She spent her childhood in Trestina (Trzcianne), Poland, before emigrating to the United States with her mother and younger brother and set- tling in Chicago, Ill. She married Myer Weinstein on March 12, 1939, and moved to Flint. Myer Weinstein was the founder of Weinstein Electric Co. in Flint; he died in September 1983. In December 2003, Mrs. Weinstein moved to Brighton, Mass. She was a woman of enormous wit, generosity and resilience. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Weinstein is survived by her son, Jerome Weinstein of Newton Centre, Mass.; daughter-in-law, Joan; grandsons, Seth and Joshua Weinstein of New York City.
