She is also the granddaughter of the late
Gwen Reed.
Leah attends Hillel Day School of
Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington
Hills. Her most meaningful mitzvah
project was being involved in TOPS
soccer, assisting special needs soccer
players.

and his great-grandmother Sylvia
Pomerantz. He is also the great-grand-
son of the late Mike Pomerantz.
Jacob attends Warner Middle School
in Farmington Hills. He planned a
fundraiser for ALYN Hospital in Israel,
which he was able to visit. He felt this
was a very meaningful mitzvah proj-
ect.

and Barry Safir, Ronald Smith and Sheila
Rissman. She is also the grandchild of
the late Gerry and the late Burt Rissman.
Amanda attends Hillel Day School
of Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington
Hills. She planned a fundraiser to obtain
books and school supplies for Schultz
Elementary School in Detroit, where she
also tutored students, and felt this proj-
ect was very meaningful.
