Jack David Kelman,
son of Karen and
Michael Kelman
and brother of
Samantha and Justin,
will be called to the
Torah to celebrate
his bar mitzvah
Kelman
at Congregation
Shaarey Zedek
Southfield on Saturday, Dec. 5.
Sharing in the simchah will be his
proud grandparents Naomi and Jerry
Kelman. Jack is also the grandson of
the late Rochelle Blum.
Jack is in eighth grade at West Hills
Middle School in Bloomfield Hills. His
mitzvah projects included building
sukkahs for Farmington Hills-based
JARC.

Brittnee Rose
Thayer will celebrate
her bat mitzvah dur-
ing Havdalah ser-
vices Saturday, Dec.
5, at Temple Israel
in West Bloomfield.
She is the daughter
Thayer
of Michele and Chris
Thayer and the sister
of Rachel and Branden. Her proud
grandparents are Sandy and Bill
Thayer, Elaine Thayer and Theodore
Alpert. Her late grandmother was
Barbara Alpert.
Brittnee is a student at Walnut
Creek Middle School in Walled Lake.
Donating funds to the Susan G. Komen
Cure for Cancer Foundation was the
mitzvah project she felt was the most
meaningful.

Laura graduated from Michigan State
University in East Lansing with a bachelor
of science in nursing. She works as a reg-

Illinois in the neonatal intensive care unit.
Joey received his undergraduate degree
from Western Michigan University in
Kalamazoo and is pursuing his juris doctor-
ate at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
A March wedding is planned at Congregation Shaarey Zedek in Southfield.

Hills and Henry and Rhonda Robertelli of

Alyse recieved her B.S. degree in communi-
cations from Michigan State University in East
Lansing. She is working in real estate and is an
esthetician at a plastic surgeon's office.
Kevin recieved his B.S. degree in political
science from the University of Michigan. He
is president of Metro Bancard, a national
provider of credit card processing.
A May wedding is planned in Detroit at the Colony Club.
