and the late Jerry Olin and the late
Albert Rubenstein.

GILBERT Y. RUBENSTEIN, 96, of Flint,
died Nov. 7, 2009.
He practiced law in Flint for 68 years
and was a past president of the Genesee
County Bar Association. He was known
in the community for his years of ser-
vice and his integrity. He could be seen
swimming at the YMCA and working
