Bloomfield, died Nov. 7, 2009.
He was a dry cleaning executive and a
mason in Perfection Lodge and member
of B'nai B'rith.
Mr. Schwartz is survived by his sons
and daughters-in-law, Hal and Connie
Schwartz of West Bloomfield, Steven and
Barbara Schwartz of West Bloomfield;
daughter, Terry Schwartz of Bay City;
grandchildren, Bradley, Marci, Blair and
Lindsey Schwartz.

Mrs. Yourofsky was the beloved wife of
the late Jack Yourofsky; mother of the late
Ronald S. Yourofsky.

DAVID J. ZABNER, 971/2, former Detroiter
of Parkland Fla., died Oct. 27, 2009.
Born in Poland, he grew up in
Harlem and Cleveland, graduated Case
Institute of Technology and came to
Detroit for career opportunities. After U.S.
Navy service, he founded D.J. Zabner & Co.
Professional Engineers.
In Florida, Mr. Zabner pursued his
musical interests with the Rainberry Bay
Choral Group in Del Ray Beach and
as a violinist with the Deerfield Beach
Symphony Orchestra.
He is survived by his daughter and
son-in-law, Marilyn and Larry Learner
of Hollis N.H.; son and daughter-in-law,
Jeffrey and Cindee Zabner, of Thousand
Oaks Calif.; his son and daughter-in-law,
Howard and Lisa Zabner, of Parkland, Fla.;
seven grandchildren; one great-grandson.
He was predeceased by his wife, Gloria.
Interment at Star of David Cemetery
in West Palm Beach, Fla. Contributions
