and Elaine Rubin of White Lake are
delighted to announce the engagement
of their son Philip Adam Rubin to Jamie
Dayle Rosenthal.
Philip also is the son of the late Herbert
Jaffe.
Jamie is the daughter of Linda Rosenthal
and Lou Vitolo of Fort Lee, N.J., and Dr.
Craig and Natalie Rosenthal of Holmdel, N.J.
Philip is a University of Michigan gradu-
ate who received his doctorate of medicine
from Yeshiva University's Albert Einstein
College of Medicine, New York. He com-
pleted his anesthesiology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, and is
currently an obstetric anesthesia fellow at Stanford University, California.
Jamie graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with telecommu-
nications and business degrees. She is director of corporate programs for News
Corporation, New York.
An August wedding is planned in New Jersey.

ilton J. Ross of the Park at
Trowbridge in Southfield just
celebrated his 102nd birthday
in style with his wife, Ann, and family. In
honor of the occasion, his son, Dr. Robert
D. Ross helped publish Milton's 110 poems
written in the last two years in a book
called Musings of a Centenarian or Poetry
Personified (IUniverse.com). The family is
very proud of his accomplishments.
