Jacob is a seventh-grader at Sarah
Banks Middle School in Wixom.
Among his mitzvah projects was
serving the elderly at the Meer
Apartments in West Bloomfield.

be bar mitzvah at

Bloomfield Township
on Saturday, Nov. 14.
His parents are Mr.
and Mrs. Marc Israel.

projects included a Focus Hope book
drive for which he collected more
than 700 books.

the simchah will be her proud grand-
parents Barbara and Saul Kirstien and
Sharon Kamen. She is also the grand-
child of the late Manny Kamen and the
late Allan Levine.
Courtney attends Orchard Lake
Middle School in West Bloomfield.
She volunteered with Hadassah as a
Girl Force assistant and felt this was a
meaningful mitzvah project.

Colman, and Marcia and Ron Kay.
Nicole is also the granddaughter of the
late Barbara (Bobbi) Kay.
Nicole is a student at Warner Middle
School in Farmington Hills. Her most
meaningful mitzvah project was
helping to organize the annual Great
Strides Walk to benefit the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation.

Emeth in Herndon.

ents, Rhonda and Marc Linovitz, and
his sister, Julie. Proud grandparents
are Shelia and Michael Levine of Oak
Park. Brian is also the grandson of
the late Max Linovitz and the late Inez
Tolan Linovitz.

Suzie Merkle and Dr. Alan Silverman
and the sister of Bradley and Jenna.
Her proud grandparents are Nancy
and Raymond Silverman and Linda
and Dr. Richard Merkle.
Brittany is a student at West Hills
Middle School in Bloomfield Hills.
She spent many Sundays at Yad Ezra
in Berkley, helping to sort and pack-
age food for the needy, and felt this
was a meaningful mitzvah project.

Second, we are thrilled to announce that we are opening a second location
in Waterford next year! Our second office, located near the intersection of
Crescent Lake Road, and M-59 (Highland Road) is scheduled to open in the
Spring of 2010.

This is a very exciting time for Drs. Hersh and Beattie and their staff. We hope
our patients look forward to the convenience of a second location in the Lakes
area and that they continue to share our passion for creating healthy and
beautiful smiles in the community!
