arty and Barbara Scharf of
Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of
West Bloomfield, and Sanford
and Harriet Mall of West Bloomfield are
pleased to announce the engagement of
their children Lindsay Meredith Gordon
and Zachary Jared Mall. Lindsay is also the
daughter of the late Michael Gordon.
Lindsay and Zak met in the principal's
office at Hillel Day School of Metropolitan
Detroit in Farmington Hills. They reside in
Scottsdale, Ariz. Lindsay is a graduate of
Oakland University in Rochester Hills and
teaches at Chabad Preschool of Phoenix,
Ariz.
Zak graduated Vermont College of Norwich University, Montpelier, Vt., and
works in business development for Nextiva Communications in Scottsdale.
They both serve on the board at Temple Beth Sholom in Chandler, Ariz., where
Lindsay acts as youth director.
The couple are planning a summer 2010 wedding in the Atrium at the Westin
in Southfield.
